Sometimes we dont know our exact problem and we go to counsellors and we realise the root cause of our problem and we know the problem is tough , in such situation we need care someone to be on ourside while we are facing the problems.

Running away is not the solution so lets make better choices and face the problem before the problem makes itself a bigger problem,,,
